PYQApp is now OMSAN Vidya. OMSAN currently offers Vidya as its primary product for exam preparation and learning support. These terms govern your use of our website, app interfaces, APIs, and related services.

OMSAN provides digital educational services through Vidya. Features may include exam preparation content, personalized study support, and related tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

An account is required to use OMSAN services. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When using OMSAN, you agree NOT to:

Refund Policy:

• Completed Purchases: Fees for successfully delivered services are generally non-refundable unless required by law
• No Unauthorized Claims: Chargeback misuse or fraudulent refund requests may result in account restrictions

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate and improve the service.

Platform Content: OMSAN and Vidya branding, design, software, and proprietary materials are owned by OMSAN or licensed to us.
